The HC Salzburg was an ice hockey team from Salzburg .
history
HC Salzburg was created in autumn 1967 from the merger of the Salzburg EV and the ASV. This took part in the game operation at least from the 1968/69 season, when the team took part in the second highest league in Austria and qualified for relegation to the Austrian ice hockey league . After the 1971/72 season he was promoted to the Austrian ice hockey league , in which HC Salzburg participated until the 1981/82 season . In 1982 the association went bankrupt.
The Salzburg EC was founded for the continuation of gaming operations .
