HD 114729 b is an exoplanet that orbits the yellow dwarf HD 114729 every 1114 days .

It was written by R. Paul Butler , Geoffrey Marcy , Steven S. Vogt et al. Discovered in 2003 using the radial velocity method. The orbit has a major semi-axis of approximately 2.1 astronomical units . Its minimum mass is around 0.95 masses of Jupiter (approx. 300 earth masses ).
