The HSV Zwölfaxing (full name: Heeressportverein Zwölfaxing) is a sports club in Zwölfaxing founded in 1994 . He has several branches including shooting , tennis and dance sports . The association is a member of the Austrian Army Sports Association , the Austrian Dance Sports Association (ÖTSV) and the Lower Austrian Dance Sports Association . The shooting section is a member of the Lower Austrian Rifle Association.
Dance Sports Section
The HSV Zwölfaxing dance sport section is the club's dance sport department. The Latin formation was spun off into it, which was initially a show formation after the club was founded in order to be able to take part in the Austrian state championships in formation dancing.
The A-team of the dance sports department of the club won the state championship from 2004 to 2015 as well as in 2018 and 2019. As the Austrian national champion, it regularly takes part in international championships and has reached the final round several times. The B-Team was able to win the runner-up title several times and qualified for the World Championship for the first time in the 2018/19 season. A C-Team, who is also playing for the club, competes repeatedly in the first Bundesliga.

At the first World danceSport Games in Kaohsiung , Taiwan , the HSV Zwölfaxing team won the silver medal behind the reigning world champion Grün-Gold-Club Bremen on October 17th, 2013 .
