The Hańcza Lake is a lake in the Podlaskie in Poland in the Lithuanian Lakeland ( Suwałki Lake District ).
It is located near Suwałki in north-eastern Poland and is the deepest lake in Poland with a maximum depth of 113 meters (average depth: 38.5 m). The area of the lake is 3.04 km². The lake has a volume of 0.1204 km³. Hańcza Lake is suitable for diving and swimming. In Lake Hańcza there is still a fairly large isolated population of the Siberian bullhead ( Cottus poecilopus ).
