The building with the postal address Hafenstraße 9/10 is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund on Hafenstraße . The building, known as Speicher II , belongs to the ensemble of granaries on the harbor island and thus shapes the silhouette of the city.

The five-storey brick building was built between 1888 and 1889, making it the oldest warehouse on the harbor island.

The facade facing Hafenstrasse has segment-arched door and window openings. The two outer axles are as with battlements crowned risalits formed.

The house is located on the outskirts of the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 849.
