The Hainshallig (also: Hains Hallig, Heins Hallig or Hayenshallig ) was a small Hallig in the North Frisian Wadden Sea around 2500 meters east-northeast of the Hallig Hooge until it was flooded around 1860. Most recently it belonged to a Hooger resident as a long lease and was used to produce hay . A dike probably once led from Hooge to Hainshallig.

In 1805, the name of Oeseligs Hallig changed to Heins or Hains Hallig.
