Hakkı İsmet Şimşek (born August 28, 1989 in Zara ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Şimşek learned to play football in the youth departments of the clubs Dikilitaş SK , Hadimköy SK and Avcılar Belediye GSK and began his professional career in summer 2011 with Istanbul fourth division club Beylerbeyi SK . Here he immediately won a regular place and was one of the most dangerous offensive players during his two years at this club.

In the summer of 2013 he moved to the third division Bandırmaspor and also made it into the regular formation here. Although he lost his regular place in the course of the 2015/16 season, he was with his club at the end of the season play-off winner rose to the TFF 1st Lig .

In the summer transfer period of 2016 he was signed by the Istanbul second division club Ümraniyespor . For the second half of the 2016/17 season, he moved to the third division club İnegölspor .
