Halal Snack Pack
A Halal Snack Pack ( HSP ) is a dish made from Halāl certified doner kebab meat from beef , chicken or lamb , French fries and one or more sauces such as chilli , garlic or barbecue sauce . Yogurt , cheese , jalapeños or hummus are optional ingredients. The Halal Snack Pack is the East Australian version of Adelaide AB , a similar dish made from gyros , which is often made from pork.
