Architecture and history
The four-and-a-half-story house was built in the late 19th century as a brick building in the neo-renaissance style . The ten-axis facade is divided horizontally by colored bands set off from the rest of the facade. There are also profiled cornices . The center of the facade is emphasized by a flat, uniaxial central risalit in which the house entrance is also arranged. The window openings on the ground floor are designed as round arches. The windows of the main floor are spanned by triangular gables. There are also pilaster strips and vase balusters . On the second floor, however, there are arched gables with fan motifs above the windows.
As part of the surrounding Wilhelminian-style development, the building is considered to be significant in terms of urban development.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 81979 .
