The house at Halberstädter Straße 90 is a listed building in the Magdeburg district of Sudenburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the north side of Halberstädter Straße. Immediately to the west is the also listed building Halberstädter Straße 92 , to the east the corner building Braunschweiger Straße 108, Halberstädter Straße 88 .
Architecture and history
The four-storey plastered residential and commercial building was built in 1901 by the architect Julius Kohtz for the client O. Prause . The facade of the representatively designed building is structured using brick elements. The top floor is separated from the lower floors by a clearly profiled cornice . The windows on this floor are designed as round or basket arches. On the left side of the facade there is a box bay in front of the upper floors . Like the window parapets in the outer axes, it is adorned with floral and ribbon-like stucco decorations. The facade is crowned by a centrally arranged gable house. The house entrance is located below the bay window and is designed as a portal with long console stones arranged on the side. There are three shops on the ground floor.
In connection with the surrounding development, the house is considered to be significant in terms of urban development.
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 81977 .
