The house in Halle-Kasseler-Straße 188 is a listed villa in Bennungen in the municipality of Südharz in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the village, on the south side of Halle-Kasseler-Straße . The addressing Hallesche Straße 188 was previously used.
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1905 as a brick building and designed in Art Nouveau , with Moorish elements as well as pure Art Nouveau elements. There are arched windows . In addition, the house entrance door including the skylight has been preserved in the original.
There is a front garden in front of the building, which is now used as a residential building .
In the local monument register , the house has been listed as a monument since August 24, 1995 under registration number 094 83384 . The building is considered to be culturally, artistically and urbanistically significant and its appearance is rather unusual for a rural environment.
