The house in Halle-Kasseler-Straße 213 is a listed residential building in Bennungen in the municipality of Südharz in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the village, on the north side of Halle-Kasseler-Straße . The address Hallesche Straße 213 was previously used.

Architecture and history

The two-storey, eaves-standing house was probably built around 1750. It was built in half-timbered construction in baroque forms. The house entrance is arranged in the middle. Above the front door there is a pair of windows that fall out of the normal rhythm of the windows and emphasize the central axis. The middle axis of the facade is flanked on both sides by half men . Windows and doors are largely unchanged. The building is covered by a mansard roof .

In the local register of monuments , the house has been listed as a monument since August 24, 1995 under registration number 094 83386 . The building is considered to be culturally, artistically and urbanistically significant and as a testament to the rural construction of the time it was built in the Vorharz region .
