The Halozetes Valley is a river-traversed valley in the north of James Ross Island in the West Antarctic Weddell Sea . It runs east of the Panorama Pass between Berry Hill and the northern foothills of Cape Lachman on Herbert Sound .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1993 after the mite species Halozetes belgicae , which is represented here in large numbers.
