Halvar Moritz (born June 21, 1906 - November 21, 1993 ) was a Swedish cross-country skier .

Moritz, who started for the Lycksele IF , became the Swedish champion over 30 km in 1934 . The following year he won the bronze medal with the relay at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Vysoké Tatry .
