Hamarskaftet ( Norwegian for hammer handle ) are a 8 km long series of nunataks in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the Mühlig-Hofmann Mountains they rise 3 km northwest of the Svarthamaren mountain .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named this group of mountains, mapped them based on measurements and aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
