Hamidullah Haji Abdullah Wakili (also Wakily ; born June 30, 1994 ) is an Afghan football goalkeeper who has played for the Afghan first division team Tofan Harirod since 2016 .

Club career

In 2014 , Haji Abdullah signed his first contract with Tofan Harirod , but could not get past the seeded Faridoon Khatibi and remained without commitment. He only returned to Tofan for the 2016 season. This season he was able to prevail as a regular goalkeeper; he was used in all three games.

National team

Wakili was appointed to the squad of the U-23 national team for the Olympic qualifying games from March 23 to March 29, 2015. After Kawash Haidari played in the first game , Wakili played the remaining three games. The qualification did not succeed in the end.

In December 2015 he was nominated for the first time for the senior team for the South Asian Cup 2015 ; was not used in the tournament, but won the silver medal after the defeat in the final against India (1: 2 n.V.). In July 2017 he was nominated again for the U-23 national team for the Asian Cup qualifiers. On October 10, 2017, he finally made his debut in the senior team in a 3-3 draw against Jordan .
