Hammermühle is a district of the city of Hennef (Sieg) in the Rhein-Sieg district in North Rhine-Westphalia . Around 1900 the mill was only called the hammer .

Hammermühle is located in the Hanfbach Valley . The east is Lichtenberg , south Röttgen and west Kurenbach .
history
In 1901 there were four residents here. The heads of household were mill owner Heinrich Broich and locksmith Peter Broich.
Until August 1, 1969, Hammermühle belonged to the municipality of Uckerath . As part of the municipal reorganization of the Bonn area , Uckerath, and thus also the place Halmshanf, was assigned to the then new, unofficial municipality "Hennef (Sieg)".
