Hana Geißendörfer
Hana Geißendörfer (* 1984 in London ) is a German - English producer , writer and director .
Life
Hana Geißendörfer was born in London and grew up there and on Rhodes . Her father is the director and author Hans W. Geißendörfer . She has lived in Germany since 2008.
She first studied economics at the University of Bristol , before completing a master's degree in directing at the International Film School in Paris . There she also directed two short films that received awards at international festivals. She was also the production manager for several graduation films. This was followed by her third award-winning short film Hermann, and she worked as an assistant director in the film and TV industry.
Lindenstrasse
In 2013 and 2014 she worked as a screenwriter for the series and since 2015 she and her father Hans W. Geißendörfer, the producer and inventor of Lindenstrasse , were responsible for the series as a producer until the last day of shooting on December 20, 2019.
