Hand rest rollover

Hand support rollover is an umbrella term for various elements from apparatus gymnastics and sports acrobatics . All hand rest rollover movements are a rotation of 360 °. The current axes of rotation are the manual support point and the base-floor support point. A distinction is made between forward, backward and sideways hand support rollover.

Examples of forward hand restraint rollover are the handstand rollover or the forward semicircular canal. Known backward hand support movements are the flickflack or the backward semicircular canal. The sideways hand support rollover includes wheel and wheel turning .
