The Haneborg-Hansenveggen is an icy rock face in the Heimefrontfjella of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises in the southern part of the Kottas Mountains .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1969 after Halfdan Haneborg-Hansen (1890–1974), a leader of the resistance against the German occupation of Norway in World War II .
