Hanna Judith Naber (born May 21, 1971 in Neuenhaus ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and member of the SPD parliamentary group in the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life

Hanna Naber studied education at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and at the Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences Berlin / AWO Federal Academy of Social Management. From 2011 to 2017 she was managing director of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO) in the Weser-Ems district . She lives in Oldenburg .

politics

She has been a member of the SPD since 1988. She has been treasurer of the SPD Lower Saxony since 2016 . In 2017 she was directly elected to the Lower Saxony state parliament with 42.9% in the state electoral district of Oldenburg-Nord / West .

Political positions

Naber advocates “free education from daycare to master, from daycare to master” and for an improvement in the nursing situation.

In December 2018 she described the AfD as "enemies of cultural work in Lower Saxony and [...] of the freedom of culture as a whole." She was referring in particular to the MP Harm Rykena , who had described demonstrating cultural workers in front of the state parliament as "political indoctrinators who want to be appropriately remunerated for their services".
