Hanne Hegh (born April 27, 1960 in Oslo , Norway ) is a former Norwegian handball player .

Career

Hegh was under contract from 1981 to the Norwegian first division club Gjerpen IF , for which she ran up until her career end in 1993. During this period, the backcourt player won a total of nine national titles with Gjerpen.

Hegh made her debut for the Norwegian national team on November 2, 1979. In total, she made 202 games for Norway, in which she scored 361 goals. With the Norwegian team, she took 3rd place at the 1986 World Cup. At the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul , she won the silver medal.

For several years, Hegh was a member of the coaching team of the Norwegian men's national handball team . She was also deputy chairwoman of the Norwegian association Gjerpen Håndball.

Her daughter Emilie Hegh Arntzen also plays for the national team.
