Hannelore Blumenberg

Hannelore Blumenberg , b. Hecker (born May 30, 1934 in Braunschweig ) is a former German national hockey player .

Career

Hannelore Blumenberg began playing hockey at MTV Braunschweig in 1947 , and in 1954 she moved to Eintracht Braunschweig . With the Eintracht won until her retirement from competitive sport in 1979 as player coach German six championships in the field and three league titles in indoor hockey.

The former record player played 42 international matches for the German national team between 1955 and 1969.

In 1962 Hannelore Blumenberg was awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf . From 1960 to 1979 she was also the ladies' manager of the Lower Saxony Hockey Association.
