Hannelore Krollpfeiffer

Hannelore Krollpfeiffer (* 1924 in Berlin ) is a German journalist and book author.

As a teenager, Krollpfeiffer worked for the Ullstein publishing house in Berlin before she was employed by Karl Haberstock at the age of 17 during the Second World War . Under her maiden name Hannelore Holtz, she processed her memories at the looted art dealer in 1947 in the youth book We Lived in Berlin , which was published by Karl Dietz Verlag Berlin . From 1946 she worked as a journalist and book author; For thirty years she was deputy editor-in-chief of the women's magazine Brigitte . In addition, she published anthologies and wrote books for young people, non-fiction and novels, most recently Frau Nebenkrug's journey (2001). Krollpfeiffer lives in Hamburg and California.
