Hannes Weber (born March 26, 1979 in Friedrichshafen ) is a German master baker , confectioner , baking book author and entrepreneur .

Life

After completing secondary school, Weber trained as a baker and confectioner. In 2003 Hannes Weber acquired the master's title with an additional qualification in business administration and was awarded the Bavarian State Prize for his achievements. Since 2007 Weber can be seen regularly on SWR television with coffee or tea . Since 2011, he has had his own program on SWR at the side of the presenter Heike Greis with a desire for baking . In 2014 he published his own baking book.
