Hans-Christian Hausmann
Hans-Christian Hausmann (born December 23, 1975 in Berlin-Rudow ) is a German politician and lawyer .
Life
Hausmann studied law at the Free University of Berlin . He completed his legal clerkship at the Münster Regional Court in the district of the Hamm Higher Regional Court . He received his doctorate in law with a comparative law dissertation and a one-year research stay in Great Britain. Hausmann also received his doctorate in political science on French foreign policy. Hausmann has published in specialist journals such as Neue Juristische Wochenschrift (NJW) , Neue Zeitschrift für Verwaltungsrecht (NVwZ) , MultiMedia and Law (MMR) , Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (GRUR) and Commercial Archives. He has been working as a lawyer since 2008.

Hans-Christian Hausmann has been politically active in the CDU party since 1998 . On September 18, 2011 he was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives in 2011 as a directly elected member of the Berlin House of Representatives .
In the 17th legislative period, Hausmann was a member of the Committee on Science, the Committee on Education, a member of the Subcommittee on Investment Management and Controlling and a member of the Special Committee on Water Contracts. In the one-year special committee on water contracts, which dealt with the secret contracts for the partial privatization of Berliner Wasserbetriebe , he was spokesman for the CDU parliamentary group. Since 2011 he has also been the spokesperson for science policy for the CDU parliamentary group .
In 2016 he was repeatedly directly elected in the Rudow constituency and member of the Berlin House of Representatives for the 18th legislative period . Meanwhile, Hausmann was the spokesman for science policy for the CDU parliamentary group, in addition to the science committee, and a member of the transport committee. He is an advocate of extending the U7 underground line to the airport and, among other things, is committed to maintaining the Glockenblumenweg fountain in Rudow.
