Hans-Christoph Schüller

Hans-Christoph Schüller (* 1949 ) is a German notary.

Career

Schüller studied law in Freiburg and Bonn. In 1978 he received his doctorate with a thesis on the attachment of usufruct . From 1982 to 1993 he was a notary in Mönchengladbach, since 1994 he has been a notary in Düsseldorf.

In 1993 he became a member of the board of the Rhine Chamber of Notaries and was elected President of the Chamber in 2001. From 2001 to 2009 he was also a member of the Presidium of the Federal Chamber of Notaries , including from 2004 as 2nd Vice-President. The electronic commercial register was created under his decisive direction .

Since 2000 he has been a member of the board of trustees of the Marien Hospital Foundation in Düsseldorf and the Association of Catholic Hospitals in Düsseldorf, where he advises on legal issues.
