Hans-Günter Schodruch

Hans-Günter Schodruch (born September 30, 1926 in Ragnit ; † August 18, 1999 on Sylt ) was a German lawyer and politician ( REP ). From 1989 to 1994 he was a member of the European Parliament .

Life

After the European elections in 1989 , he moved into the European Parliament via the federal list of the party The Republicans , from which he resigned in 1991. There Schodruch belonged to the Technical Group of the European Right during the entire legislative period , of which he was Deputy Chairman from 1990 to 1994. In addition, Schodruch was a member of the Committee on Budgetary Control from 1989 to 1994. He was also a member of the Committee on Transport and Tourism from 1989 to 1992 and of the Delegation for relations with the People's Republic of China from 1989 to 1994. With Klaus-Peter Köhler he was one of the last two members of the German parliament who did not leave the Technical Group of the European Right prematurely.

He lived in Siegburg .
