Hans-Jürgen Breuer

Hans-Jürgen Breuer (born October 17, 1953 ) studied economics in Freiburg im Breisgau and received his doctorate in 1981 on the monetary policy topic of the open market policy of the Deutsche Bundesbank . He then worked in leading positions at banks. He has been working as a personnel consultant and coach since 1990, with his own company since 1993. After training as a "system-related hypnotherapist" at the Milton Erickson Institute in Cologne (2004), he now works mainly as a coach for managers and writes specialist books and detective novels.

Life

After completing his studies, Breuer initially completed his community service in the economic department of the Freiburg University Clinic in 1977 and, in collaboration with the clinic hygienist Professor Franz Daschner, carried out a study on the “reorganization of the cleaning process”. Subsequently, Breuer worked from 1978 to 1981 for the Institute for Savings, Giro and Credit Systems at the University of Freiburg under the direction of Werner Ehrlicher and participated in teaching, research and consulting. His dissertation emerged from one of his research projects.

After working at Kienbaum Consultants International and as managing director of the Deininger consultancy in Frankfurt, he founded his company Team Concept GmbH in 1993 , specializing in recruiting and personnel development . Three of his specialist books deal with personal development and career planning. Since 2012 he is known as an author under the pseudonym "Leon Specht" and writes detective novels.

Breuer is married, has four children and lives near Frankfurt am Main .
