Hans-Jürgen Förster

Hans-Jürgen Förster is a federal prosecutor at the Federal Court of Justice .

Before Förster became head of the Brandenburg Office for the Protection of the Constitution in November 1996 , he was senior public prosecutor at the federal prosecutor's office and responsible for espionage criminal matters. From 2000 to 2008 Förster was the permanent representative of the head of the Internal Security Department in the Federal Ministry of the Interior . Since 2008 he has been a federal prosecutor at the Federal Court of Justice.

Förster was the press spokesman for the Attorneys General Rebmann , von Stahl and Nehm .

On September 22, 2012, he informed the Federal Ministry of the Interior that he had seen Ralf Wohlleben on a list of V-people as part of the first NPD ban proceedings . In the first Bundestag NSU investigative committee on November 22, 2012, he confirmed his memory of an undercover agent with the surname Wohlleben.

Förster now works for the Prehn und Thürmann law firm.
