Hans-Jürgen Ruppert

Hans-Jürgen Ruppert (born 1945 ) is a Protestant pastor, theologian and author.

Ruppert studied Protestant theology , Eastern European history and philosophy in Frankfurt am Main, Mainz and Tübingen, was a scholarship holder of the Ecumenical Council of Churches at the Pontifical Oriental Institute in Rome and scientific assistant at the Ecumenical Institute of the University of Heidelberg , where he wrote a thesis on Sergei Nikolajewitsch in 1978 Bulgakov received his doctorate.

From 1981 he was a consultant for theosophy and anthroposophy of the Evangelical Central Agency for Weltanschauungsfragen (EZW). In addition to a few monographs, in this function he wrote numerous smaller works with apologetic content that appeared in the EZW series of publications and dealt mainly with the New Religious Movements .
