Hans-Werner Mehlen
Hans-Werner Mehlen (born April 22, 1916 ; † November 12, 2009 ) was a German officer, most recently with the rank of general.
He was a lieutenant general in the air force. From September 1973 he was Deputy NATO Commander of the Allied Forces Baltic Sea Approaches. On September 30, 1976, he left the service.
