Hans Hartl (journalist)
Hans Hartl (born August 16, 1913 in Brașov ; † December 21, 1990 in Starnberg ) was a Transylvanian writer and journalist .
Life
He was editor of the cultural and political correspondence of the East German Cultural Council. He grew up in Hermestatt and initially worked for the Transylvanian Deutsche Tageblatt , whose deputy chief editor he became. After the collapse of Romania in 1944 he was detained in the camp and escaped to Munich , where he worked at the Southeast Institute and published the Scientific Service for Southeast Europe .
