Hans Illiger

Karl Otto Johannes "Hans" Illiger (born February 13, 1877 in the Haferbeck forestry , Preußisch Eylau district , † December 5, 1945 in Weimar ) was a German theater actor .

Life

Illiger was prepared for the stage career by Elimar Striebeck , which he entered in Danzig in 1893. He worked there for two years, came to Krefeld in 1895, to Barmen in 1896, to Zurich in 1897, to the Stadttheater Bremen in 1900 and in 1902, after successfully completing a guest performance, was engaged for the grand ducal court theater in Karlsruhe. In 1908 he played in Hamburg and from 1911 to 1933 in Weimar. The place and time of death are unknown.
