Hans Jürgen Bocker (born July 13, 1939 ) is a German entrepreneur and author. He became known to the public primarily through publications and recommendations on investments in precious metals and rare earths .

Life

Bocker grew up in Thuringia ; He studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt and business administration at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . With his thesis on Air Transport Potential and Problems of Developing Countries with Special Reference to the Republic of Botswana , he received his doctorate in 1978 from the University of South Africa (UNISA). As early as the early 1970s, at UNISA's Bureau of Market Research (BMR), which was founded in 1960, in his work A Study of the Air Traffic Potential of the Republic of Botswana: A Survey Conducted on Behalf of Esquire Airways Botswana, specifically with the economic Air Transport Options in the Republic of Botswana .

Bocker is based in Alpnach (Switzerland). There he founded the investment consultancy SwissAm Consult GmbH in 2002 . Since 2008 he has also been chairman of Cash Raider AG and since 2011 chairman of Bakken Energy Corporation .
