Hans Joachim Bärwinkel-Leue

Hans Joachim Bärwinkel-Leue (born December 22, 1896 in Sondershausen , † after 1956) was a German lawyer and author.

Life

He was the son of the court assessor and later secret senior government councilor and district administrator Felix Bärwinkel and his wife Agnes A. Elisabeth nee Leue. He later took the double name Bärwinkel-Leue .

Hans Joachim Bärwinkel-Leue took private lessons and then attended the Schiller Realgymnasium in Charlottenburg . During the First World War he was deployed in Alsace . After returning from military service, he studied law at the University of Berlin. In 1922 he received his doctorate from the University of Königsberg as Dr. jur. The subject of his dissertation was The position of the Reich Economic Court .

Then he worked as a speaker in the Association of German Employers' Associations. He later worked as a syndic of the German Book Printing Association. He had a practice as a tax and book expert and worked as a specialist author mainly on legal topics. Bärwinkel also worked as the syndic of economic associations in the paper processing industry.

He was best known for the five volumes he wrote in the series The Little Legal Advisor for Daily Life , which appeared in 1936. In 1956 he published on the profession of sworn auditor.
