Richard Felix Bärwinkel (born October 16, 1864 in Arnstadt , † July 27, 1927 in Sondershausen ) was a German administrative lawyer and member of the Reichstag (German Empire) .

Life

Felix Bärwinkel was the son of Reinhold Bärwinkel , President of the Landtag (Principality of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen) . He attended the community school and grammar school in Arnstadt. After graduating from high school, he studied law at the University of Jena and the Friedrichs University in Halle . In 1885 he became active in the Corps Saxonia Jena . When he was inactive , he moved to the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin . It was 1889, the trainee exam and received his doctorate at the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg to the Dr. iur. Since 1895 court assessor , in 1897 he moved from the administration of justice to internal administration. As a government assessor he became district administrator in the Sondershausen district in 1898 . He was a lieutenant in the reserve in the 1st Upper Alsace Field Artillery Regiment No. 15 of the 42nd Division (German Empire) .

From 1903 to 1918 he was a member of the Reichstag for the constituency Schwarzburg-Sondershausen 1 ( Sondershausen , Arnstadt , Gehren , Ebeleben ) and the National Liberal Party .
