Hans Lachenmann

Hans Lachenmann (born December 11, 1927 in Waiblingen ; † August 26, 2016 in Crailsheim ) was a Protestant theologian and councilor of the Evangelical Church in Württemberg .

He was born the son of a pastor in Waiblingen and attended the Eberhard-Ludwigs-Gymnasium in Stuttgart .

After studying theology and as a vicariate , he took up his first pastor's position in Reubach (Deanery Blaufelden). In 1969 he came to Crailsheim as dean , where he stayed until 1981.

From 1978 to 1990 he was regional chairman of Gospel and Church and from 1981 to 1992 head of the church courses for pastoral service at the regional church study center Haus Birkach in Stuttgart. In 1992 he retired.
