Hans Lagerqvist
Hans Lagerqvist ( Hans Ture Lennart Lagerqvist; born April 28, 1940 in Gothenburg ; † July 22, 2019 ) was a Swedish pole vaulter .
In 1966 he succeeded in qualifying at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest no valid attempt.
In 1971 he was eighth at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Sofia and fourth at the European Championships in Helsinki . The following year he won silver at the European Indoor Championships in Grenoble in 1972 and was seventh at the Olympic Games in Munich . At the Indoor European Championships 1973 in Rotterdam, he remained without a valid attempt.
He was twice Swedish champion (1965, 1972), three times Swedish indoor champion (1966, 1971, 1974) and twice Norwegian indoor champion (1969, 1971).
