Hans Leupin

Hans Leupin (born July 30, 1904 in Frenkendorf , † June 29, 1972 in Münchenstein ) was a Swiss politician .

Life

Leupin attended schools in Frenkendorf and Liestal and completed a commercial apprenticeship. Professionally he worked for the Association of Agricultural Cooperatives from 1932 and from 1942 to 1947 he sat on the government council as a representative of the Democratic Party ; he held the office of finance and military. He was responsible for reorganizing the state administration. Although he was re-elected in 1947, he was eliminated as redundant.

Then he was sales director of Maloja AG Gelterkinden. In Münchenstein , where he had lived since 1938, he was a member of the community commission and from 1948 to 1950 a member of the community council .
