Hans Otto Schön (born January 26, 1925 ; † November 19, 2018 ) was a German geodesist and professor of surveying at the University of Essen . Schön, who lived in Essen, died on November 19, 2018 and was buried on December 15, 2018 in the St. Markus cemetery in Essen , Bredeney district .
