Rouziers is a French municipality with 121 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Cantal in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It belongs to the arrondissement of Aurillac and is part of the canton of Maurs . The inhabitants are called Montmuratois .

Rouziers is located in the Massif Central , about 20 kilometers southwest of Aurillac . Rouziers is surrounded by the neighboring communities Parlan in the north and west, Cayrols in the north, Boisset in the east and Saint-Julien-de-Toursac in the south.
