Lafeuillade-en-Vézie (until 1932: Lacapelle-en-Vézie ) is a French municipality with 595 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Cantal in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes ; administratively it belongs to the arrondissement Aurillac and is part of the canton Arpajon-sur-Cère (until 2015: canton Montsalvy ).

Lafeuillade-en-Vézie is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Prunet in the north and northeast, Ladinhac in the east and northeast, Lacapelle-del-Fraisse in the south and west, Marcolès in the west and southwest and Roannes-Saint-Mary in the west.
