Naucelles ( Occitan : Naucèlas ) is a municipality in the French region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and has 2,024 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). The municipality belongs to the Cantal department , the Aurillac arrondissement and is the seat of the buréau céntralisateur of the canton of Naucelles (until 2015: canton of Jussac ).

Naucelles is located in the Massif Central . The Authre flows along the western border. Naucelles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Reilhac in the north and northwest, Saint-Simon in the east, Aurillac in the south and southeast, Ytrac in the southwest and Crandelles in the west.
