The Communauté d'agglomération du Bassin d'Aurillac (CABA) is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the department of Cantal in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . It was founded on November 22, 1999 and comprises 25 parishes. The administrative seat is in Aurillac .
