Ulrich Kirchhoff (lawyer)

Ulrich Kirchhoff (born September 26, 1935 in Werdohl ; † August 3, 2011 ) was a German lawyer .

Career

After completing his doctorate at the law and political science faculty of the University of Münster , Kirchhoff set up as a lawyer in Hanover in 1963. He became managing director of the Lower Saxony Medical Supply, which he helped to build, in 1969 also legal advisor of the Lower Saxony Medical Association and in 1987 its general manager. In 2002 he retired, but continued to work in an advisory capacity for the Niedersachsen medical care.

In 1978 he was a co-founder of the Association of Professional Pension Funds (ABV). He initially took over the office of deputy chairman, in 1992 he was appointed chairman of the legal committee and on November 18, 2000 he was elected chairman of the board. On March 12, 2011, he resigned for health reasons.

In addition, he was the legal advisor of the Lower Saxony regional association of the Marburg Federation and participated in various committees of the German Medical Association .
