Jussac is a commune in the French region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and has 2019 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017). The municipality belongs to the Cantal department , the Aurillac arrondissement and is part of the Naucelles canton (until 2015: Jussac canton ).

location

Jussac is located about seven kilometers north of Aurillac in the Massif Central on the Authre . Jussac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Cernin in the north, Marmanhac in the east, Saint-Simon in the southeast, Reilhac in the south, Crandelles in the southwest, Teissières-de-Cornet and Ayrens in the west and Freix-Anglards in the west.
