Saint-Constant Fournoulès is a French commune nouvelle in Cantal in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Aurillac and the canton of Maurs . It was created by decree of December 4, 2015 with effect from January 1, 2016 by merging Saint-Constant and Fournoulès . Since then, these have been Communes déléguées . Saint-Constant is the main town (chef-lieu).
