Teissières-de-Cornet is located about eight kilometers northwest of Aurillac in the Massif Central . Teissières-de-Cornet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ayrens in the north and north-west, Jussac in the east and north-east, Crandelles in the south and east and Saint-Paul-des-Landes in the west.
