Hans Otto von Gersdorff

Hans Otto von Gersdorff (born January 10, 1864 in Bauchwitz ; † October 7, 1908 there ) was the owner of the manor and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Gersdorff attended high school in Meseritz , the Roßleben monastery school and the University of Berlin , where he studied law. In 1885 he joined the 2nd Guard Uhlan Regiment, then was an officer in the Cuirassier Regiment No. 5 until 1892, when he took over his father's possession. Then he was Rittmeister of the Reserve of the Cuirassier Regiment Duke Friedrich Eugen von Württemberg (Western Pr.) No. 5. He was also deputy chairman of the district committee and member of the select committee of the Poznan landscape. Gersdorff was a legal knight of the Order of St. John and foreman of the Poznan cooperative.

From November 29, 1900 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Posen 3 ( Meseritz , Bomst ) and the German Conservative Party . The mandate ended with his death.
